Daddy's Birthday!

Today was TJ's birthday! I think he had a great day after I had him hang curtains in our room and change the hardware for the curtains in Karoline's room, and hang a few shelves for me in the kids rooms! After that we went to the park... I took some pictures and a video since Karoline's sliding skills have improved so much. After the park Brian and Misi took us out to eat. It was a great day!

Here is a video of Karoline playing... I realize after watching this that I sound like a horse! :)

Karoline and Daddy....

Me and Linda... She is our new Childrens Minister. She is wonderful and we are so excited to have her back. She was at our church before TJ and I came and she just started as the full time Childrens minister. She is a load of fun... she changes her hair color monthly, sometimes weekly! The kids just LOVE her. Her birthday is next week so we were celebrating her birthday too.

Brian and MIsi were so sweet to take us out for TJ's birthday!

Five Wonderful Years and So Much More!

Our 5 Year Anniversary
TJ and I celebrated five wonderful years of marriage on Friday! He is the most amazing husband and I thank the Lord that He blessed me with TJ. We went to dinner at The Melting Pot and it was so much fun.

Dropping Karoline off to Emily and Avery at the park...

Baby Update
Anderson seems to be enjoying his last two weeks in my belly. I am 37 weeks and officially full term. I don't think he will come before the 22nd. My pre-opp apt. went well and I can't wait to meet Anderson!

Pictures And A Video Of Karoline
This video is of Karoline putting together her shapes puzzle and dancing (please excuse my singing voice at the end... I just got out of bed). She loves playing with her puzzle and can say many of the shapes official names.

Karoline's first ponytail...

Playing... putting together a puzzle while laying down. I just thought this was funny.

Cuddling with mommy on Saturday morning... we were watching Dora.

Daddy thought it would be funny to put my socks up...

Avery comes over to play... Our anniversary is on the 5th and Emily and Ryan's is on the 7th so we traded date nights. The girls had fun. Karoline went to bed tonight crying for "Uffry" (her version of Avery).

IT IS OCTOBER! Nursery PIctures

I cannot believe it is October already. October seemed like so far away when I saw "pregnant" on a pregnancy test. My csection is 3 weeks away. Seems like forever and also seems like it will be tomorrow! I am excited and nervous, but I guess that is normal.
Finally I have pictures of the nursery... I don't really know if there is a theme, but there are some vintage Pooh prints that I love and I kind of took all the colors from the prints. I can't wait for Anderson to be born and so he can see his room... And believe me he will be sleeping in his crib from day one!! I took a lot so sorry but I just wanted to cover it all. I also posted some pics of Karoline this weekend on a post below this one so don't miss them. Hope you like the new look to the blog. I had to get rid of the pink so I went with Auburn colors! Celebrating Anderson

My sweet friends threw me and Anderson a baby shower at a tea house called The Captians Cottage. It was SO SOUTHERN and I loved it! Anderson got a lot of clothes, blankets, a big gift card to the Baby Gap, some diapers and wipes. I really enjoyed the celebration of Anderson's soon arrival. I wish many of you could have been there! Thanks to everyone who came!

Anderson got a lot of really cute clothes and blankets... This one was made by Diane to match his nursery (pictures are coming soon I promise).

A few people came together to buy a Gap gift card.... Oh my FAVORITE store!!!

This was one of my favorite shirts with guitars on it... Perfect for TJ's little boy!

18 Months Old, Cleaning Up, Books, and More

Here are some pictures of Karoline from the last two days or so. It is so strange to me that it is only going to be me and Karoline during the day for almost 6 more weeks! Kind of makes me sad but I am SO EXCITED that Anderson is almost here. I also cannot believe that my little baby girl is 18 months old! It is so hard to believe. I don't know any of her 18 month stats yet. Her apt is not until the end of the month.

Cleaning up:
We thought it was time for Karoline to learn to clean up the messes she makes. She has done a great job learning and it is great having her help me especially. Here are some pictures I tried to get of her cleaning up the living room before lunch.

Karoline can't figure out to hold the end and not the cold part!

This girl LOVES her books...

Karoline playing with her bunny and her books in her room while I do a few things around the house (I don't make her get in her bed she just likes to sometimes)...

Coloring... thank the Lord for those great markers that only show up on the special paper that comes with them. She has a Dora coloring book and she LOVES pointing out everyone and everything that she sees on the videos.
