Dragons & Alligators

Saturday TJ and I were on a few teams participating in a Dragon Boat Race to benefit Ground Zero, a organization focusing on ministering to teens in Myrtle Beach. It was SO MUCH FUN! TJ raced for Mellow Mushroom with our friend Bryant and I for my friend Amy's team. We both raced with team WMBF News, TJ's other employer. Did I already say WE HAD A BLAST! Karoline and Anderson had fun too and thought it was so cool that Mommy & Daddy got to be in a Dragon Boat Race like Kai-Lan.









Our team WON the all womens division!!!! It's a lot of fun to WIN IT ALL!

Monday Karoline's school went to Alligator Adventure in North Myrtle Beach. We had a great time and Karoline was SO BRAVE. Maybe she has a thing for gators! They were some pretty HUGE gators there and some tiny babies too! And of course she had fun with all her friends! She's really starting to come out of her shell... like the turtles :)

Work & Pleasure

I left the beach and the farming land...

...to go to Atlanta.

I got to see Mr. Cohen...

...and Miss Kylie, a jewerly lady in training...

...and have a few VERY FUN jewelry shows....

But I also got in the car with my Brother, Leigh, & Pressley (who fell asleep on a Frosted Flakes Box) to drive to Augusta...

... to attend the MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding I have ever seen....

... where my friend Paige got MARRIED!...

I also got to hang out with Jackson a little...

... and another CUTE little boy, just weeks old. Meet GREY, my friend Sarah's new baby! He's precious!

LOTS OF FUN... but missed my family like crazy and happy to be home! I left my camera at home so sorry for the cell phone pics.

More Spring Break...

I fell like we had a second Spring Break with Tammie in town, and Brent, Leigh, Jackson & Pressley came at the end of the week. We had a great time! But going 90 miles and hour for two weeks took it's toll on my body and I was quite sick today! But life goes on and I hope tomorrow I'm much better! It was wonderful though being surrounded by family and friends we LOVE! Most pics taken with my cell phone... sorry.

We got to play at Broadway At The Beach some with Pressley! It was really Anderson's first time riding rides... He loved it!

We even had a quick visit with Ava and The Bowens! Great to see them!

Exciting News- Domestic Ease!

Dad On The News- Poland Tragedy

I am sure you have heard of the tragedy of the plane crash carrying many Polish leaders. Leaders my dad new personally from years of working with them before he retired. He was interviewed for the news here...Please pray for those in Poland. This is a huge loss.

Easter Sunday!

My favorite holiday... to me it just does not get any better than celebrating our RISEN LORD! I love celebrating His birth of course too! But I just LOVE EASTER! We had a WONDERFUL Easter service at Wellspring and had over 150 attend which was a record for our very young church! You can check out the pictures HERE! After we went to Pine Lakes to eat. The Colquett's joined us as did our friend Tammie who is visiting from San Francisco. It was a BEAUTIFUL day and we are just so thankful for all the blessings in our life... especially the gift of salvation made possible by the sacrifice of the cross!
