We LOVE Visitors- The Bowen Family!
My great friend and freshman year college roommate, Stacey, and her sweet family, husband Brandon, Ava, and Landry, are here for the weekend. So far we have had a blast. The kids are playing so well together and Karoline is in LOVE with baby Landry (of course!).
Last night we went to eat dinner and play at Broadway At The Beach. The girls had fun riding a few rides after and poor Anderson just had to watch most of the time but he didn't mind. We had a fun time.
This morning they came to church and got a preview of what a church plant looks like. Stacey and Brandon are moving to Charleston in the fall and will be a part of a church plant there. They will not be on staff but core leaders and their church will launch in January. After church my sweet dad took us all to lunch at Pine Lakes. We have had a lazy afternoon... ALL of us have taken naps... and we are headed to the pool...

We're Expecting... Kind Of...
Danielle and I joke all the time about having or not having a third child and we say that we can't even think about a new addition to our families because we are giving birth to a church right now...

**When searching the LAST NAME and FIRST NAME are "Wellspring".**
Thank you for your continued prayers and support!

We are opening our doors and launching on September 13th! There are a LOT of things that we will need before the BIG DAY and we need items for our nursery and childrens' ministry! So we thought we would register and that it would be a great way to get the word out and let everyone know of our needs.
We know times are hard for everyone financially so if you have not been able to donate to Wellspring maybe this would be a way that you can. Even if you want to get 4 of your friends to go in together to buy a gift that would be great! Anything you can give will help us provide a fun place to minister to the children that attend Wellspring Church!
Also, please don't feel like you are limited to these lists. If you find something at a discount store or a yard sale that is in good shape please know that would be wonderful too! If you live out of state and need to mail the items, email Beth at bethgoff@ymail.com for the shipping address.
We desire to have a very child friendly, home-like feel to our childrens' area and want it to the a place babies, toddler, and kids will want to come back to week after week... YOU can make that happen!!
I really hope that you will take a look at our Target or Babies R Us registry and choose and item or two that you can donate to Wellspring Church! Gift cards to Target and Babies R Us would be wonderful too if you don't want to pay for shipping of an item.

Also, TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!
Tell those close to you about our church and what we are doing and see if they might want to donate as well! I cannot tell you how many times we have received support from people we don't even know BUT someone told them about us and God led them to give. So PLEASE tell those you know!!! You could send them a link to this blog by email, on twitter, post it on Facebook or do a blog post on YOUR BLOG.

Wellspring Hosts Family Fun Night...
Yesterday our church hosted a Family Fun Night in our neighborhood. It was a chance for us to get to know the neighbors, show the love of Christ, and spread the word about our church. It was a HUGE success! We had some great conversations with people who are searching for a church! We PRAY that we can continue to minister to many of these families.

SWIMMING!
This week on Wednesday Karoline decided she was ready to SWIM! We have been swimming a few times since and she is doing SO well!! We have helped by tapping her chest a little to help her get a breath at times but she really has done SO WELL!!! She even came up for breath a few times on her own today and kept swimming! She needs to use her arms more but she is fast! I am just in shock!
Anderson is still working on his technique a little... he swims only using one hand :) Here is a video from our day at the pool...

Our Day Trip- Debordieu
Today we headed out of town for a day trip to Debordieu to visit Leigh, Jackson, and Pressley and some of Leigh's family. The last time I was at Turtle Egg, Too (the name of the beach house Leigh's family rents for a month since the 1980's) was when Pressley was almost 2 years old! It's been a while!! We had a GREAT day. We started it off taking some pictures for a project I am going in the "kids room" at my parents house. Glad we did the pictures early because after nap time it was raining like crazy! But before the rain came we had a great time playing on the beach. Karoline really enjoyed riding the waves with TJ and her cousins and Anderson preferred to stay on shore with Leigh and I.
We ate lunch and got to visit with Leigh's sweet grandmother, Mimi, and then the kids took a nap. Leigh, TJ, Cooper (Jackson's other cousin his age) and I played cards. I love to play cards and wish we did it more often... It was so relaxing while the rain was falling.
My mom arrived and then we headed to eat and I had my favorite, shrimp and grits! It was SO good. I think we have discovered the beast food around is in Murrells Inlet. Mom headed back to the beach house with them for the night and we headed back home. We had to say goodbye to Press and Jackson and though it was sad we have been able to see them SO MUCH more than we did while we lived in Texas and California. I just have missed them SO much! I am SO thankful we live closer now and can see each other more often! Thank you Lord for such a wonderful family!

Celebrating 39 Years!
Today is my parents 39th anniversary... one more year to 40!! Brent, Leigh, Jackson, and Pressley met us in Murrells Inlet for dinner last night (they are just 45 minutes away from us closer to Georgetown with Leigh's family). We celebrated mom and dad's 39th anniversary. We ate at a Japanese hibachi restaurant and it was yummy. Karoline and Anderson did NOT like the fire!!!! I'll say it again... DID NOT LIKE THE FIRE!!!!!!!! Other than that we had a great dinner. After dinner we got a family picture despite my brother's deep hatred for taking pictures... not sure how we ended up in the same family. Just kidding. After dinner and I helped put the kids to bed I went back over to mom and dads and the original four of us, mom, dad, Brent, and I sat on the back porch for a long time and just talked. It was so fun. I am SO thankful to all be closer again. It was a fun evening!
My Mom liked the name of this boat... hehe...
My dad's name is Bill & sometimes he can be crabby :)
