Huntington Beach Trip, Take Two...

 Yep, this was the location of our field trip... Have I mentioned that I LOVE life at the beach...

Karoline's class went to Huntington Beach at Myrtle Beach State Park.  This was a re-do... since it was scheduled for the week before but lightning put a damper on that.  And at the end of this trip it started raining, but we got it all in.  It was an educational trip where the kids had to locate certain things on their scavenger hunt list.... but really we just played :)

Pass It On

Anderson finished school on May 23rd.  We, I mean "I" (TJ wasn't thrilled with the idea) let Karoline skip school to go watch her brother perform and her friends who were in the kindergarten class at FPC.  It was a cute program but Anderson was kind of hidden!  It was SO HARD to get a good picture... this was the best I could do.  

 Karoline was SO excited to see Mrs Swezey when we walked into the classroom to get Anderson...

 I am so thankful for Mrs. Swezey and Mrs. Mazie for all they poured into both of my children!

What a perfect ending to such a sweet year at FPC... Anderson learned so much.  Had a few rough times along the way... almost knocked a tooth out, sent to Mrs. Hamiltons office for tackling, wanting to play football ALL THE TIME... haha.  He really had such a sweet class, sweet friends, and the most wonderful teachers!  Now it's time for summer...

Field Day!

 I feel like I remember MY field day in elementary school like it was yesterday... how is it possible that MY KID is having her own field day!  WoW how time flys!  I was coming back from the gym and parked for a few minutes to grab a few pictures.  They had so much fun!
