Happy Memorial Day!

Happy Memorial Day! I hope all of you had a great holiday and hopefully got to be off work! We know we REALLY enjoyed TJ having a paid holiday at WMBF and it was so much fun having him off work! We went to the beach, went to Pine Lakes for swimming & lunch, then Karoline & TJ went to our neighborhood pool... all in all I think Karoline swam for 6 hours! She's our little fish! My parents and Eric came over for dinner to close out our long weekend... as we head into a BUSY week! Pray for us :)

End of School!

I CANNOT believe that today was the last day of school for my two precious babies! Karoline woke up so excited about her performance and Anderson really had no idea what all the hype was about! The kids did a fantastic job singing their precious songs with their classes and we all celebrated after at the school picnic.

I cannot say enough about Karoline and Anderson's AMAZING teachers this year... Mrs. Mazie, Mrs. Swezey, Miss Allice, Miss Laura, and Miss Megan! I can say they were not only great teachers but they truely LOVED my kids and loved and hugged on them all the time! And my kids LOVED THEM! I feel blessed that they are at such a wonderful preschool with teachers that are so incredible!

We are excited (I'm a little nervous) about summer break but Karoline is already talking about how excited she is to be in Mrs. Benson & Miss Suzanne's class next year! Anderson will be in Mrs. Mehans & Miss Candace class. Here's to summer... Lots of time on the beach and at the pool! COME VISIT!

Gardening and Bird Watching

I love SPRING and SUMMER! I love getting back outside and planting new plants! This year TJ and I added some dirt to raise our flower beds a little and put out fresh mulch... black mulch which I LOVE! It was 3 days of HARD work but it needed to be done. Happy Birthday to me... I got dirt and mulch! Haha!

Karoline was also much more interested in planting flowers this year so I got her a few sunflowers to grow in her own pots. She enjoyed her gardening project...







My favorite thing to do in the spring is have an hour on the porch ALONE before my children wake up... I LOVE to watch the blue bird feed the babies! I'm a dork I know but I LOVE watching the birds. It reminds me of my Mama Peeples house when she would get up so early and swing on her porch and the birds where so loud...

Muffins With Mom

Last week was Muffins With Mom at preschool... It was a lot of fun. It's so fun to be with the kids at school. At first Anderson did not want a muffin but once he got started he wanted to eat them all. I love my precious babies!
