Because Gammy Can't Wait Until Tuesday...

My mom requested pictures... She gets here on Tuesday to help with the kids and the move and then she will be taking the kids back to Texas with her on November 1st. She cannot get here fast enough! I need help!!!

Sweet little man...

Emily,Avery and Isabel came over for dinner last night and the girls had a great time playing in Karoline's room...

Karoline LOVES baby Isabel!

Diane, this is for you... TJ wrapped up Big Bird and Baby Lion in the blanket you made for Karoline to play with.

Yesterday she thought it would be fun to take all the toys and put them through the window of the play house...

One day Karoline put her PJ's on on top of her play clothes!

Golden Gate Park and Ocean Park

Two of the things on my "to do" list before we left SF was 1) to get Anderson's picture with the Golden Gate Bridge in the back ground and 2) Walk through Golden Gate Park. I can check them off as of today!
I cannot believe we have lived here over three years and have not been to Golden Gate Park. Our friend, Heather, grew up in the Bay Area so she was our tour guide. It was a lot of fun. We got some great pictures. To get to the park we drove by Ocean Beach which was BEAUTIFUL! TJ wanted to surf! After walking around we went to favorite place of mine for lunch, Crapevine. Emily works as UCSF and walked to meet us for a little bit. It was a fun afternoon... We have really enjoyed living so close to so many amazing sights!
The kids were so tired by the time we left. Anderson fell asleep on the drive home and Karoline wanted to hold his hand while he slept! So sweet!

A Sad Goodbye- Our Sweet Whisper

Today was a HARD day! We knew when we decided to move to Myrtle Beach we would probably have to give Whisper away. He has SEVERE thunderstorm anxiety and has been So happy living in California. We found a sweet lady, Linda, who will LOVE him to death and he how has a 2 1/2 year old sister that he fell in love with right away! Linda has a place in Lake Tahoe so Whisper will be going to Lake Tahoe next week... and he now rides in a Lexus SUV instead of my Ford! Whisper is moving up in the world!
I cried, Linda cried, and TJ came home from church with no doggy to come home to. Don't worry... Linda invited our family to come visit him several times at his new home before we head out of town.
We have LOVED Whisper since the day we adopted him from the Dallas Fort Worth Golden Retriever Rescue. Linda actually does a lot of volunteer work for the NorCal Golden Rescue and has been a foster mom in the past. I highly recommend adoption if your family is ever looking for a pet. Here are some sweet pictures of our "first baby". I know he is going to be SO happy in his new home with his new sister!
The night ended up on a happy note though because we had friends from the worship team come hang out and it was such a fun time. We are going to miss them SO MUCH! I'll post pics from tonight later. I'm off to bed!

TJ's 28th Birthday And More

TJ's birthday was Wednesday... He finally caught up with me and is a member of the "Two Years to 30" group. We had a little family party during lunch then dinner out. His special treat was his NASCAR Jeff Gordon cake!

TJ's parents got him a Garmin! We LOVE IT!! I might take it away from him and keep it for myself! He was really excited about it and it will be VERY helpful for our across country trip and getting to know the streets of Myrtle Beach.

Our great friends Misi and Brian took us all out for TJ's dinner at an amazing place with the LARGEST cake I have ever seen!! Our meals were WONDERFUL (I ate off everyone's plate!) and TJ got a yummy free birthday dessert!

My mom went home Thursday but she is coming back on Oct. 21st for Anderson's birthday party and to help me pack up the house... then she is taking the kids back to Texas with her...

Karoline woke up with some MAJOR crazy hair this morning...

Our Calling- Our Trip

Well, some of you may know but TJ and I went away to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina this past weekend. I am also announcing that our family will be MOVING to Myrtle Beach in November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why? Well, TJ and I are thrilled to be a part of a BRAND NEW church in the Myrle Beach area. The church name is Wellspring Church. The pastor is Trey Kelly and we met Trey and his wife Danielle while in seminary at Southwestern in Texas. They have two precious little boys, David and Jon. TJ will obviously be doing music and graphics stuff but I also will be doing a lot in childrens ministry and womens ministry. It is a LONG story on how all of this came about and I would love for you to read it on our NEW BLOG: www.wellspringpartners.blogspot.com.

I created this blog for those who are going to commit financially and by praying for Wellspring. Since this is a new church we will be raising support to cover our income, health insurance, and moving expenses. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for us in this area. I KNOW God is going to provide and I can't wait to see how but honestly this is the scariest thing! Now that we have two children it is even scarier! BUT I know God has called and I KNOW he will provide.

I sent out support letters to our closest friends and family but if you feel like God is calling you to give please email me (kb2auburn@yahoo.com) or check out the new blog. We cannot do this alone! We need other believers who will be prayer warriors for Wellspring and supporters financially to accomplish all God is calling us to do. There is so much more I want to say but I'm going to put it on the Wellspring blog...

Anyway, we had a WONDERFUL time. Trey's dad was so nice to let us stay in his condo on the beach and we had a great anniversary. We spent it trying to find a place to live but it was GREAT anyway! I got to eat Chick- Fil- A, TCBY, rock in rocking chairs, walk on the beach, eat yummy seafood, enjoy hanging out with Trey, Danielle and the boys, and got lots of sleep! It was so nice and I cannot wait to live in Myrtle Beach!

I did well without the kids and I am so thankful for my mom keeping the kids! They did great without us. We did get to talk on the phone a lot with Karoline so that helped! Anyway, here are LOTS of pictures!!

TJ's birthday is today and I'll post those pictures after our dinner tonight!

My anniversary breakfast TJ made me! :) There's only so much you can do with a box of cereal and milk.

Jon- He is a month younger than Anderson so they will have fun growing up together.

David- He is so fun and I can't wait for Karoline to meet him!
