Until Next Time...

"Therefore, go an make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name
of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."  Matthew 28:19

Good bye's sink and seriously stink when you don't know if you will get to see your family for 3 more years :(  But on the flip side there is a peace knowing that they are doing exactly what God has called them to do and what joy it brings knowing that on the other side of the world others are going to hear, maybe for the first time, what Jesus has done for them!  Selfishly we wish we saw them more often but what an eternal reward for so many that they are fallowing His ultimate calling!

We seriously had the BEST time together... God gave our families an amazing Myrtle Beach stay-cation this summer, then the best Disney trip we could have ever hoped for, a fabulous Christmas, and New Years all while everyone stayed healthy and we had a blast!!  God provided every moment and they were perfect!  So we pray that maybe they get to sneak back over to the states within the next 3 years but until next time we will remember the blessing of all the memories we made!

Back At It in 2015!

I'm almost finished... it is so close I can taste it... the light is at the end of the tunnel... I HOPE!!  I have GRADUATED!!  School was rough and a challenge and took all of my time and well, 2014 the blog was ignored and I do have plans to go back and fill it in so I can print by book at some point...

My national board exam is next week... so I should be studying but everyone needs a study break, right?  I PRAY I pass so I can quit studying and I pray God is preparing a place for me to work and help change the lives of my patients! But for now can we all agree that it is hard to believe it is 2015!

We spent New Years night with Kerry & Linda in their lovely neighborhood in Montgomery where PopPop is working right now. We had a fabulous meal and then went out to light these lanterns and watch them float away... buttttttttt  that didn't exactly happen.  It was quite windy but the wind was not in a direction that was really helping the flames blow correctly where they would take off.  Sarah's hair almost caught on fire and all of them landed in the water but you know what... we had fun!  We laughed!  We enjoyed every moment... and that is kind of my heart for 2015!

My plans may not go my way, but we will have FUN, we will LAUGH, and I pray I enjoy every moment with my family!  I pray 2015 will bring a new career, the new building for Wellspring, a new plan to pay off more bills and really honoring God with our finances, taking care of our health and even trying to cook to make that happen, and connecting with our friends (which I feel deprived of since I have studied the last 3 years!!), and new ways to dive deeper into ministry!

So here is to 2015... Praying God will bless us and we will be a blessing to others!

Ice Ice Baby At The Beach!

We got MAJOR ice TWICE this year... thank goodness we didn't get it as bad as Birmingham and Atlanta where thousands were stranded on highways but for the beach, it was pretty crazy.  I missed a week of school total and that was a lot.  But the kids had fun!  The ice was a little hard because it is not as easy to play in like snow but fun being out of school anyway... It was fun to get our first ice/snow at our new house...

Round 2...

Daddy Daughter Dance!

Can I just have a moment of silence please.....

Thank you... when did my BABY get so BIG and grown up!?  Karoline's school had a Daddy/ Daughter dance and they went with our friends Trinity and Mark Woods... We all went out for a very nice dinner then they headed to the dance.  They had a blast and ended the night with dessert at The Melting Pot.  Thankful for these moments!  I'm so proud of the beautiful young lady Karoline is becoming!
