One day (6/10) we drove by the lot and there was a tractor on it!!! We were ecstatic!! The next day it was gone :( We were so sad!! But the next day (6/12) it was back and so were 2 others!!!

And that afternoon they started digging!!...
They began to add the dirt and build up the FOUNDATION!!! Yeahoo! The foundation has to be 24 inches above the ground... so that is what they are working on and then one more ARB (architecture review board) approval and then I THINK we can officially get started...
While we wait on the house, we are enjoying the amenities. We LOVE the pool and have even been able to enjoy the docks on the waterway. We love the neighborhood!
