Karoline's Class Christmas Party

Karoline's class had their little Christmas party today.  They had a station for making snowflakes, cookie decorating, coloring, and candy cane reindeer. It was cute!  She has such a sweet little class and I'm thankful for her teacher, Miss Driscol. She loves school but I do think she is ready for Christmas break :)  I know we all are!

 We were wondering if it would ever happen... finally on December 12th TJ pulled her tooth out!

Christmas Parades

I laugh all the time because in Myrtle Beach there is a parade almost every weekend it seems.  There are SO MANY parades.  We went to the Broadway At The Beach parade with our friends, The Evans, and it was nice, short and cute.  The kids had a fun time...

Karoline and her cheerleading squad was in the North Myrtle Beach Parade.  She was SO excited to be in a parade and they were so cute.  I rode on the float with some of the girls.

Thanksgiving STAY-cation

We used Mom and Dad's left over timeshare points to stay at a hotel in North Myrtle Beach during the kids week off of school.  This was a good break for them and Uncle Brent came in town for a few days and took over our bedroom.  The kids had their own beds and were excited I think to not have to share!  It was just beautiful waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset each day.  I now understand my ocean front property costs so much (as if I didn't know before).  It was also a fun reminder of what an amazing place we live!  The first day the kids and I still had school so we had to leave the beautiful view and head to class.  It was a wonderful family stay-cation!

It was a little cold, VERY COLD one day... and YET people were swimming!  It was pretty funny!
