If you know me or know anything about me you know that I was born with a camera in my hand. I have NO idea how I grew to love the camera so much but I always have! I just have this obsession with capturing memories! I want to learn how to take "real" pictures... meaning not having to keep the camera on just AUTO! So hopefully soon I'll take an online class or something and also dive into the world of photo editing! I took my camera to the beach on Sunday to "practice" a little.

Jumping And Blooming...
Funny title, but those are the subjects and no they don't have anything to do with each other! I hope yall had a great weekend. We did... crazy busy but GREAT! Here are some pictures from the end of last week.
We broke out one of Karoline's Christmas gifts for the first time in a LONG time. The kids have now begun enjoying it as a ball pit to run and jump in like at her gymnastics. It's so fun to watch them play. Keeps them entertained for a good while!

Mr. Trouble...

TJ's hat...

The second is our house. I am bragging... BECAUSE this is the FIRST time I have EVER been successful in keeping flowers ALIVE! I do have to say that like I mentioned once before we didn't plant most of these flowers but really tried to revive what was dead. It may not seem like a lot to you but I am SO excited to know every plant I touch won't die!
BEFORE...

Now...

I planted NOTHING in the beds in the back of the house... it all came back!!

And one more RANDOM thing...

If your family eats avocados you need one of these! It's great and keeps your avocados fresh, longer after cutting them. It's great... Just one of those random gadgets in the grocery store.

Also, there is a NEW POST on the WELLSPRING PARTNERS blog if you want to see pictures from a Banana's And Bling Party I attended last week. Fun times!

The Pendley's Visit
This week Summer and her husband Jason along with Noah and Sailer came to Myrtle Beach for vacation. Summer is one of the most beautiful, genuine, loving people you can ever meet! We have known each other since 8th grade, cheered together for MANY years in high school, etc... and I hope that now we are back in the south our families will get to spend a lot more time together!
I have seen Summer at a few weddings and events while we lived in Texas and California for the past 6 years. Karoline and Noah have not been together since Karoline's first birthday party in Georgia! So it was the first time I met Sailer and the first time she met Anderson. Noah and Sailer are just PRECIOUS and the kids got along GREAT! We can't wait for them to come back next year and I hope to plan for more days off so we can have more fun and so maybe we can keep the kids and Summer and Jason can have a date night!
We did get to spend Tuesday with them. We went to the beach and pool at their resort for a while then met up at Broadway At The Beach for dinner at HardRock Cafe and then let the kids ride some rides. It was so fun.
Anyway, Jason is a VERY TALENTED photographer (I hope you have time to check out his website) SOOOOOO needless to say these are NOT my photos! Thank you Jason for my disc full of fun pictures! Enjoy...

PRAYERS and PRAISES!
(Sweet James )
I don't know if you are a person who likes follow-up like me but I have been wanting to write an update on a few posts I did on my blog so you could see how amazing God has worked in their lives... But I have new prayer requests too so I wanted to share them as well. I know I have a ton of other prayer requests and praises but I specifically felt led to share theses today. So here I go...

But I have new prayer requests too so I wanted to share them as well. I know I have a ton of other prayer requests and praises but I specifically felt led to share theses today. So here I go...
PRAYER
I have a BIG prayer request for a friend of my from high school, Ashly and her sweet husband Denny. Last September they lost their precious son, Brooks, at 39 weeks and that is something I cannot even imagine. But Ashly is pregnant again and hoping to deliver August 19th (I think). Please be in prayer for Ashly, Denny, their close friends and family as they anxiously await the arrival of Baby Tucker. You can read their blog HERE.James- My sweet second, third cousin... I don't know... he's related to me :) (my mom's cousins grandson) Anyway, sweet James is a little person and he is JUST PRECIOUS! He's smile will melt your heart! He has a lot of medical issues because he is a little person and one BIG prayer request is that he will be able to move his legs again. He could before but after a major surgery about a year ago (if I remember correctly) he has not been able to move his legs. Please pray for this sweet boy and his wonderful family! Here is a link to their CaringBridge Site.
Also, I found out last night that Linda Vannoy, the children's minister from our church Bay Hills in California, found out that she has cancer again! I know no details but I cannot imagine what she is going through. My heart is broken! Linda has been through so much... having cancer before, losing her husband a few years ago in a motercyle accident, and now cancer again! She is one of the most "Live life to the fullest" people I know! I just wish I could give her a BIG HUG. She does not have a blog but I'll keep you updated!
(Linda and I days before I gave birth to Anderson)And as you know please be praying for Wellspring! Our launch is September 13th and we need lots of prayer for details to come together and pray that we can reach those who don't know Jesus in the Grand Strand!
PRAISES
Remember Catherine... I have a link to their blog on the side and I posted about her last year ... But she is turning ONE YEAR OLD this month and what a blessing!! Continue to keep up with her progress HERE!
(Baby Catherine)And another Katherine... I posted her story here and she is doing SO WELL! She does continue to struggle with different side effects like being blind in one eye, deaf in one ear BUT she is alive and her story is amazing! This is her BLOG.
If you have any prayer requests or want to share a praise
please leave a comment or EMAIL me!
I want to be praying for YOU!

- getting ready for the kids to start school,
-and I am in charge of our HUGE HOA neighborhood Labor Day party!!!!

The other morning Sleeping Beauty showed up requesting her breakfast on "the veranda"....

I have to share this funny story. Karoline was in her princess dress tonight and she did not obey me. I told her to go to time out. She looked at me as seriously as she could and said "Princesses don't go to time out!" She was corrected :)
Little man enjoyed eating some yummy banana too (one of the three things he will eat- the other two being avocado and tofu still!)

We Miss The Bowens'
Karoline spent most of Monday saying she wanted Ava to come back... We got a taste of what it will be like when Stacey, Brandon, Ava, and Landry finally move to Charleston, just a two hour drive away! Here are my last few pics from their short, but fun visit. We were going to go to the beach Sunday after the kids took a nap but it ended up that EVERYONE took a nap and it was almost 5pm when everyone woke up so we tried to go to the pool. We pulled up and it started to thunder so we headed home, ate some snacks, played in the back yard, then went back and the girls got to swim some. We really hope they get to move SOON! Everyone pray for their house to SELL!
